Obstacle detection using 2 cameras : application for rear vision, by NEXYAD (ObstaNex BiCam V1.0) :
NEXYAD is proud to annouce ObstaNex BiCam : 2 cameras for obstacle detection. This is not stereovision : this is twomonovision obatacle detection (using OnstaNex V2.1) plus a data fusion algorithm that makes it 3D.
Then even is one camera is off, then the system still can detect objects (precision is lower, but system is still operational).
