New tests of road detection in thick fog

Road detection in thick fog is complicated because is is not easy to recognize the texture, and because
markings are burred with fog.

NEXYAD is currently testing robustness of their road detection module RoadNex in order to show that 
it may be much reliable and robust than any other competitor solutions.
