Presentation video of the real time driving risk assessment module SafetyNex
SafetyNex estimates driving risk 20 times per second, and alerts driver when risk increases too much, letting time to
slow down and avoid accident. NEXYAD has been developing this module that is already under deployment for car insurance and professional fleets (decrease the accident rate because driver is alerted and can avoid some accidents).
SafetyNex is also under integration into ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and Autopilots because for those two kinds of applications, driving risk is a core notion.
